Program search — Haemophilia tonic
|Description||Bleeding disorders in which the blood does not readily clot.
Hemophilia is a classic hereditary disease. Hemophilia is ailing in the male. Transmission of the disease occurs through women who are carriers of the trait. Thus, from the grandfather the disease is transmitted to the grandson through the mother. The nature of inheritance in hemophilia is associated with changes in unpaired chromosomes and occurs through a recessive type linked to the X chromosome. In the sex X chromosome, there are genes that determine the synthesis of AGH. If, under the influence of any mutagenic influences in children, the X chromosome changes and does not carry the gene that determines the synthesis of AGH (such a chromosome is designated as X), hemophilia can occur. In women, hemophilia, as a rule, does not occur, since the sex chromosomes of women are represented by two X chromosomes (XX)
